Steve Cockram is an inspirational communicator, serial entrepreneur, confidante to elite leaders around the world, and co-creator of the world’s premier “Leadership Toolkit.” He has co-authored The 100X Leader, 5 Voices, and 5 Gears with his business partner Jeremie Kubicek. Their new book, The Communication Code, releases in October of 2023.

Steve is, first and foremost, a practitioner. He shares practical, actionable wisdom, captured in sticky visual tools that he uses daily with his family, team and private consulting clients. Steve is an engaging, self deprecating storyteller who uses his disarming British humour to draw his audiences in. He is highly skilled at making people think, laugh, and take action!

Steve lives in Gerrards Cross, 20 miles West of Central London. He’s been married to Helen for 30 years, and they have 3 gorgeous girls - Isabelle (23), Megan (20), Charlotte (12). He has a long-standing addiction to Test Match Cricket, and Harewood Downs Golf Course is his spiritual home. He loves walking, watching movies, and eating long dinners with good friends.
