Redefine Grace is a Christ-centered mental health resource designed to help you Rediscover you're not alone through the ups and downs of your life. Redesign your daily life with simple, empowering tools and Redefine your own story.
Age group for Redefine Grace is 8th-12th grade. This 10-week class will help your teen learn tools to promote healthy mental health for a lifetime. For more information: [email protected]. Spring semester starts January 16th and ends March 19th.
