The Landing is Celebrate Recovery’s student ministry geared towards Middle School and High School age students, 12-18 years of age. This curriculum is designed to mirror the same material as the adult Celebrate Recovery curriculum, only designed for students. The Landing provides a safe place for students to process life and the struggles that accompany it, provide tools to help them live emotionally and spiritually healthy lives, and point them towards the freedom found in Jesus Christ. A typical night in the Landing will consist of a student’s connection with the leaders, God, Biblical truths, recovery principles and fellowship with each other. Ultimately, The Landing can help students learn how to break cycles of dysfunction and provide tools for them to live free and healthy lives.
CR & The Landing are always open to newcomers. New families must register their student prior to arrival and attend a one time, mandatory parent orientation prior to students first attendance. New parent orientation will begin at 6:00pm in the preteen garage, located above CBC Central. Parents and students who arrive after 6:10pm, will be asked to return the following week. The mandatory, first time orientation will provide important information that is necessary in order to participate in the group.
