The 5th Grade Service Project is a unique ministry opportunity available only to 5th Graders who are involved in a Preteen Wednesday small group. We’ll get away for a weekend at Tejas Camp and Retreat for some great times of worship and building kingdom family, and we’ll spend most of the day on Saturday serving Tejas through whatever work projects they have available for us to do. It’s a great weekend full of hard work and lots of fun for our CBC 5th Graders.
Departure for the Service Project will be on Friday, April 11th at 5:30pm from CBC, and we’ll return to the church on Sunday, April 13th around 1:00pm. Students will carpool with parent volunteers.
The cost of the Preteen 5th Grade Service Project is $85.
