We hope that you and your kids will join us this summer, for CBC’s Vacation Bible School. Our Central Campus VBS is July 15th-18th and our Southside Campus VBS is July 22nd-25th. Each day, from 9am to noon, kids will enjoy high energy games, crafts, worship, and a Bible lesson. VBS is designed for Elementary Kids who have just completed kindergarten through 5th grade. Middle School students, High School students, and adults can also serve in an abundance of ways. If mom or dad are on-campus volunteering, we even have a Preschool VBS for birth to Pre-K. We encourage the entire family to come be a part of this amazing event! Hope to see you in July!

Is it free?

VBS is a free event!

When and what time is it?

Central Campus VBS is Monday, July 15th through Thursday July 18th from 9 am until 12 pm each day. Southside Campus VBS is Monday, July 22nd through Thursday July 25h 9 am until 12 pm each day.

Who can go?

VBS is available for kids grades Kindergarten - 5th grade (completed as of May 2024).

Do they get shirts?

VBS T-shirts will be available for purchase the two weekends prior to VBS during the weekend services in the Lobby of the Main Sanctuary. You may also purchase t-shirts during the week of VBS while supplies last. T-shirts are $10 and are not required to participate in VBS.

What should they wear?

Dress your children in athletic shoes (No Flip flops) to protect their feet during our recreation time. Also dress them in clothes they can get wet and messy. We love to have fun!!

When do I drop them off?

Please arrive before 9:00 am the first day to be able to check the posted assignments for each child. The assignments will be posted on the glass windows outside the main sanctuary lobby.

How do I pick them up?

Once you find your child's assigned group inside the Main Sanctuary, you will be asked to fill out the double wristbands. Please place one wristband on your child and keep the other one with you or wear it. Your wristband verifies you are the correct person to pick up your child because the color and number match your child's wristband. This is required so that we can keep the kids safe! The wristbands can be worn all week. We will have extra wristbands in the mornings at drop off to replace wristbands that have been removed or lost from the day before.

What if I have someone different picking up my child?

If you have someone different picking up your child than who dropped them off, please take a picture of the wristband's number and color and text it to the person that will be picking your child up. They will need to show the texted picture with your permission to pick up the child.

What are the Color Groups?

Blue: Elephant (PreK/Kinder)

Green: Crocodile (1st grade)

Purple: Hippo (2nd grade)

Yellow: Giraffe (3rd grade)

Orange: Monkey (4th grade)

Red: Lion (5th grade)
