When is Women's Conference?

The Conference will be from Friday, January 31, 2025 to Saturday February 1, 2025.

Where will the Women's Conference be held?

The Women's Conference will be help at Community Bible Church's central campus which is located at 2477 N. Loop 1604 E. San Antonio, TX 78232.

What is the schedule?

Schedule details will be announced closer to the conference!

How much does the conference cost?

Early Bird Price: November 1st-20th - $39

In-Person Experience: November 21st - January 5th - $55

Price Increase: January 6th - 31st - $60

Online Experience: $25 (Live webcast only)

Will there be meals provided?

No, we encourage you to grab dinner before attending the Conference on Friday evening! There will be light breakfast snacks provided on Saturday morning.

Can I register at the conference?

Yes, you are welcome to register on the day of the conference. (No discounts apply.)

Can I receive financial assistance for the conference?

If you would like to request a financial assistance inquiry, please send an email to [email protected].

What is the refund policy?

If an attendee is an in-person registrant and is unable to attend, she is more than welcome to join the Online Access via the private livestream link that will be sent to all Conference registrants. No refunds will be issued. For more information, please contact [email protected].

What are the age requirements?

All participants must be 18 years of age (Girls 12 years of age or older are welcome to attend and will need to individually register as participants with a parent or guardian.)

Is childcare available?

Kid’s Club will be available by pre-registration only for birth-5th graders both days. Pre-registration is required and has a limited capacity, on a first-come, first-served basis. No walk-ups will be accepted.

*Registration for Kids Club will go live on January 13th, 2025 on the Women’s ministry page at communitybible.com.

**Note: Our Kids Club ministry partners with us in order to ensure women who have no other childcare options can still attend events and grow in discipleship. If you are able to arrange your own childcare, we ask that you would in order to make space for women who do not have other options.

Yes, we would love to have you! Please email [email protected] to let us know that you would like to volunteer!

What should I bring

Bible, journal, a sweater (the worship center may be cold), and additional spending money. We will have exclusive CBC Women merchandise for purchase! Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverage cup (with a lid) for break times!
